1. What are your regular business hours?
We are open 7 days a week. Our business hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm eastern time.
2. Where can I get my Goldcoin wallet and address?
Download the Goldcoin wallet from the official website http://www.gldcoin.com/get-started/, then click the “Receiving Address” tab to obtain your unique Goldcoin Address.
3. When will I receive my Goldcoin?
Orders placed during regular business hours are processed within 1 hour. Orders placed after business hours are completed the following morning.
4. Can I order via VPN, VPS, or proxy service?
No. We don’t allow orders from IP addresses that host TOR, VPN, VPS, or those that host anonymizing or proxy services. No exceptions.
5. What does it mean “GEO Mismatch”?
We require all buyers to make their purchase from the same location as their PayPal billing address. If you live in Las Vegas, you should order from Las Vegas. No exceptions.
6. Does every order undergo a verification process?
No. Only the customer’s first order will be verified. Once you’re verified, all subsequent orders are processed automatically. We strive to build a strong and long-term relationship with each of our loyal customers.
7. What are my account buying limits?
New customers are limited to 1 store item per week. Regular customers with an order history older than 2 months can request to have their weekly limits increased.
8. When are the weekly limits reset?
Weekly limits are currently reset every Friday morning.
